The Afrika Tikkun Work Readiness Programme is a youth empowerment initiative designed to equip unemployed South Africans with essential workplace skills and increase future employment potential. Participants receive training in key areas such as time management, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, professionalism, and critical thinking. The programme is aimed at young, hardworking, and dedicated individuals seeking both training and placement opportunities

Responsibilities

• Attend all required training sessions
• Apply workplace readiness skills learned through the programme
• Collaborate with team members
• Conduct themselves professionally during training and placement
• Communicate effectively in workplace settings

Qualifications

• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Certified copy of South African ID
• Certified copy of Matric certificate or relevant qualification
• Letter from SARS confirming tax status
• Bank statement covering the last 3 months
• Affidavit confirming residential address
• Affidavit verifying unemployment status
